Refund policy

PRODUCTS WARRANTY:

Our products are designed with premium material, creating a durable piece of equipment that can easily handle all training regimens. To instill your confidence further, we will offer a complete replacement of any breakage in metalware for 6 months and any defects in soft goods (bags, sandbags, hitting mitts, sparring gloves and groin protectors) for 30 days. Please note, use of the products in a manner other than that for which they were manufactured will nullify the warranty. This means that damages or issues arising from misuse, improper handling, or unauthorized modifications are not covered. We encourage you to use our products as intended to fully benefit from the warranty protection.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS:

Please inspect your order when you have received it. If there are software defects, metalware damages that cause the unit not to function properly or if you received the wrong package, please contact us by email at info@fiercereflex.com with your order number within 3 business days of delivery so we can evaluate and correct the issue.

If your items  are defective send a photo of the damaged item(s) to info@fiercereflex.com for evaluation.  If software is damaged and meets the warranty period guidelines we will replace it.   If metalware is damaged and still within the warranty period, we will replace it upon receiving  the cone (screwed onto the spring) being returned to Fierce Reflex Inc.  Contact info@fiercereflex.com or call 858-230-1126 if you need instructions removing the  cone and returning to our address 1232 Los Vallecitos Unit 106 San Marcos Ca 92069 attn: Returns *Metalware blemishes are not protected under this policy and will be handled on a case by case basis.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return or replacement will not be accepted. 

RETURN / REFUND POLICY:

To be eligible for a return or refund, your product must be unused, in its original packaging and within 14 days from delivery . In that case, you are responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the item. Once your return is received, inspected and approved, we will issue you a refund minus a 20% restocking fee. 

EXCHANGE POLICY:

If your order has not shipped, you may exchange any product by contacting our Customer Service team at info@fiercereflex.com. If your product has been shipped, please refer to our Return Policy.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We typically cannot cancel your order once it has been processed. Order processing begins immediately, however, we do offer a cancellation window of up to 24 hours after the time of your order submission. If you are no longer within your cancellation window period and your order has not shipped, we will gladly issue you a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
