Potential delays may take place due to factors beyond our control, such as issues with the postal service, high volume of orders, and natural disasters etc.
In-store pickup
Not available at this time for anyone living outside the San Diego, Riverside, San Bernardino, Los Angeles, and or Orange county boundary lines. If you live in any one of the mentioned counties above, please contact info@fiercereflex.com to arrange a pick-up time with the fulfillment center.
United States Shipping
Due to high demands, our processing times for Complete Set orders are 7-14 business days. We are trying our very best to process your order as soon as possible. After your order has been shipped, delivery time within the United States is 4-7 business days, Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches and restocks, this time may vary.
Fierce Reflex is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delay.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to Mexico, Canada and the United Kingdom, Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Fierce Reflex is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. It is also the responsibility of the customer to ensure that your product is compliant with your country's customs and import regulations.
Fierce Reflex is not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs, or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Please provide a physical home or office address for shipping.
Undeliverable Packages
Packages undeliverable by UPS, FedEx, SmartPost, USPS, DHL, and/or their international shipping partners will be canceled and refunded once we have received and processed the undeliverable package at our shipping hub.
Stolen Packages Policy
At Fierce Reflex, we do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and on time. Once a package is marked as Delivered by the shipping carrier, it is considered the responsibility of the recipient. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for stolen packages after delivery is confirmed.
What to Do If Your Package Is Marked Delivered but Missing:
1 Double-check around your property (porch, garage, mailbox, neighbors, etc.).
2 Wait 24-48 hours, as carriers sometimes scan a package as delivered before it actually arrives.
3 Contact the carrier (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx) directly with your tracking number for help.
4 File a police report if you believe the package was stolen. This can help with insurance claims or future incidents.
We recommend:
• Choosing a secure delivery address (workplace, PO Box, etc.)
• Using delivery tracking alerts
• Opting for signature confirmation (available at checkout for certain items) is highly encouraged.
Replacement Policy:
While we are not liable for stolen packages, we understand how frustrating this can be. If your order was stolen, please contact us at info@fiercereflex.com to review your case and offer store credit at our discretion.
