Proper use and care of the product is required for the warranty to remain valid. Improper use will void the warranty.
Proper use:
- Indoor use only / avoid moist conditions
- Always use proper gel wraps and gloves or the FR lightening gloves
- Apply WD40 to the top and bottom of the spring once a month to maintain its performance and flexibility

Tariffs, duties, and import taxes may apply to international orders and will be the responsibility of the purchaser once they receive their product. We currently ship to Mexico, Canada and the United Kingdom.
PRODUCTS WARRANTY
Our products are designed with premium material, creating a durable piece o'f equipment that can easily handle all training regimens. To instill your confidence further, we will offer a complete replacement of any breakage in metalware for 6 months and any defects in soft goods (bags, sandbags, hitting mitts, sparring gloves, groin protector) for 30 days. The care and use policies and must be adhered to when using this product. Failure to do so may disqualify the customer from the 6-month warranty. *Please read Care and Use Policies.
RETURN / REFUND7 POLICY:
To be eligible for a return or refund, your product must be unused, in its original packaging. You must contact us within 14 days of the product arriving. You are responsible for paying the shipping charges to return the item. Once your return is received, inspected, and approved, we will issue you a refund minus a 20% restocking fee.
